We definitely waited too long to cut Jesse's how. We realize that now looking back. Hindsight is 20/20. Scott and I decided to wait until after Jesse's first birthday to really cut his hair.
This BOY needs a haircutJust another good shot of the curls on the side - hangin' out after the birthday party with Uncle Todd. (Monkey see, monkey do? Todd is applying chapstick, and Jesse seems to be copying.) :)
We had trimmed a piece of hair a few months ago (August 2010). There was a section on the back of Jesse's head that was longer than the hair below - quite a bit longer. We trimmed that up, then let the hair around his ears grow like crazy. It grew and grew and curled and went crazy.
Trim, trim - take care of business, Mama
This needs to be cut
Scott and I debated about who would cut Jesse's hair. We decided my mom could do it when we went home for Christmas.
It was a sad experience for Jesse. He cried. :( He must have very sensative hair. No one knows.
Dad thought a bottle might distract him and keep him occupied...
Jesse may be frustrated with us one day for letting this happen -
the long hair growth, that is.
Dad held tight so Jesse couldn't move around and into the scissors.
Jesse didn't like it.

Still more to be told. Once Scott and I got used to the idea of cutting Jesse's hair and realized how cute he looked with his haircut, we were ready to take more off. This time around, I cut Jesse's hair at home. I put him in his booster seat and bribed him with craisins and Nilla Waifers. He did good - and now he looks GOOD! :)
He's adorable but still a little shaggy
